Adrift. . . . . . somewhere between flying high with ideas and drowning in the everyday.

  1. This is so symbolic and representative of the state of things (for you personally and also globally). I really take it to heart and hope you (and indeed, all of us) find our life rafts soon! I’ve been doodling on book pages, too. Love their vintage feel and you can’t beat that buff color. They have become my practice pages for some letter form designs and calligraphy. Got sick of ruling lines! Have fun, my friend. Be strong of heart. I am always on the lookout for the next installment of your story.
Sometimes the thread is a lifeline! -D.

    • You know, when I worked this up around the theme word, I really didn’t see this as me, but you are absolutely right. When I wrote the blog text, it hit me too. Thanks friend for knowing me and supporting the thread!!

    • Thank you for the comment. I have this 60 year old book called, “The Strange Woman”. My original intent was to take out the pages and put in drawing paper because I like the cover, but one day I just started on the pages.
